Ritesh Agrawal Celebrates India’s Heroes in His New Talk Show

A new talk series named The Impossible Show will stream to shine a light on the real-life icons of Bharat. Hosted by the Founder of OYO, Ritesh Agarwal, the show kicks off its first episode today, November 11. The first guest is a Bollywood actor known to everyone: Manoj Bajpayee.

The Impossible Show: What Makes This Show Special?

India witnesses a powerful change; voices from smaller towns and villages emerge as game-changers in entrepreneurship, sports, arts, and entertainment. They aren’t just making it big; they’re setting new standards and proving that with determination and vision, anything is possible.

The Impossible Show: The Stories of Bharat’s Superheroes is HT’s latest flagship project, focusing on the journeys of many inspiring figures. The show captures stories about their lives; the truths, realities, resilience, creativity, and ambition. As the saying goes, “search  in the most obvious place to find the lost,” this series reminds us that “great talent emerges from the most unexpected places.”

A Host Who’s Had A Remarkable Journey Himself, Ritesh Agrawal

The show is hosted by Ritesh Agarwal, a symbol of industry and big dreams. Coming from a small village in Orissa, Ritesh chose to walk a path most shy away from. He dropped out of college and founded OYO, a venture that made him one of the world’s youngest self-made billionaires by 2020. His story is an inspiration and a case study for countless young Indians who dream beyond their circumstances.

The first episode features Manoj Bajpayee, an actor known for bridging the world of small-towns with the mayhem of Bollywood. Manoj’s journey is as compelling as his roles; he is a man who always remained true to his roots while achieving national and international applause.

Real Stories & Real Faces

What makes The Impossible Show stand out is its realism. It’s definitely not your typical polished studio show with pre-set scripts and rehearsed lines. Instead, each 25–30-minute episode takes viewers on a journey into the lives of its guests. These icons share personal stories, not just on the couch and in front of the camera but in engaging settings like car rides, casual dinner conversations, and balcony chats at home.

Stories of Inspiration

From entrepreneurs creating their startups in their garages to athletes practising under streetlights, the show reveals the true grit and dedication behind their success. The stories will be raw, powerful, and relatable, showcasing what it takes to rise above challenges and turn dreams into reality.

Ritesh Agarwal has lived through the highs and lows of creating a global business, bringing a unique touch to the show. He knows the hard work, sacrifice and determination required to make and be the change. He uses this perspective to connect with each guest in a heartfelt way, making it a compelling watch for viewers.

Why You Should Watch?

Hindustan Times is calling this series a window into the soul of India. This is more than just a show about successful people, it’s about understanding the dreams and ambitions that pump their journeys. For young Indians, especially those from non-metropolitan areas, this show is a sign of hope. It is a reminder that no matter where you come from, you can achieve the great things you truly desire.

With support from big names like Audi as the presenter and Airtel Payments Bank and BSE as associate partners, The Impossible Show is set to become a must-watch for anyone who wants to be inspired.

If you’re curious about the stars and want to understand what drove them to push obstacles, then this show is for you. With a candid format different from the typical studio interviews, The Impossible Show promises to bring you closer to the heartbeat of India’s talent.

Watch and witness how the dreams of Bharat shape the future.
