Skyesports announced a tournament that promises to close the year with a bang. The Finals – Influencers Armageddon! This action-packed esports extravaganza will happen from 18 to 27 December and will be the last big event in India for The Finals, the next-gen FPS game developed using Unreal Engine 5.
What’s the Buzz?
If you’ve been following the gaming scene, you know that The Finals – Odyssey revolutionised viewership with its unique gameplay and breathtaking visuals. Who are playing this tournament? Ayan Ali, Dilin Dinesan and Tanmay Singh.
Today, this tournament brings together 10 teams, each led by some of India’s most popular gaming creators. Watch your favourite faces who’ve made their mark in previous tournaments. Fans, cheer for your favourites because the stakes are higher than ever!
How is the show Presented?
The tournament will be split into two stages:
- Group Stage (18–22 December):
- The 10 teams will be divided into five groups.
- Matches have a single-round format, with each team playing four games.
- Every matchup features four teams competing in six games.
- The top 8 teams will secure their spots on the main stage.
- Main Stage (26–27 December):
- The remaining 8 teams will face off in an eliminator format.
- Each matchup will be a best-of-six series.
- The ultimate winner will walk away with the championship title and eternal glory in the gaming world.
What makes this tournament unique than the previous one?#
The tournament will be played in the adrenaline-pumping cash-out mode, where strategy and teamwork are everything. Here’s how it works: Four teams drop into the battlefield, take each other down, and collect cash boxes. What’s the goal? Secure the most cash before the timer runs out. It’s fast-paced and chaotic, demanding razor-sharp coordination. If there is one wrong move, the game could flip in seconds.
