Reshma Kadvath Honoured with the 2025 Global Apex Award for Her Sustainability Impact

Reshma Kadvath won the Global Apex Award 2025 by Rashtriya Nari Sashaktikaran Sangh (RNSS) for impacting upcycling and sustainability. The award ceremony in Pune on March 30, 2025, honoured 75 women with the ‘Pride of Maharashtra’ Award and 21 changemakers, including Reshma, with the Global Apex Award. Her husband, Colonel Satish, a gallantry award-winning Army officer, was a special guest.

Double Honour at the Global Apex Awards 2025

Reshma’s efforts in sustainability were recognised by the Rashtriya Nari Sashaktikaran Sangh (RNSS), which awarded her the prestigious ‘Global Apex Award 2025. To add to the honour, when the organisers learned that her husband is an Army officer and a gallantry award winner, they invited him as a special guest.

A Grand Celebration in Pune

The award ceremony, which took place at Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Hall, Pune, on March 30, 2025, recognised 75 exceptional women across diverse fields with the Pride of Maharashtra Award.

The event’s Chief Guest, Shri Darshan Singh Choudhary, a sitting Member of Parliament, delivered a powerful speech on women’s empowerment, setting the tone for an evening of celebration and recognition.

With its old-world charm, the historic venue was filled with remarkable women, all dressed in vibrant silks and finery to celebrate Gudi Padwa and Chaitra Navratri.
