Ashish took to Instagram over the weekend to tell his 16 million followers that he has lost oodles of weight in the last 6 months and is still in the process of attaining a good physique. Change in lifestyle and mindset has helped him to achieve this transformation. He believes there is no shortcut to losing weight but emphasizes the importance of consistency. Whether it’s sticking to a workout routine or following a healthy diet, consistent efforts over time lead to outstanding transformations.
