Ankur Warikoo-The Reelstars

Well known entrepreneur and content creator Ankur Warikoo has always aired brutally honest thoughts on success, failure, money investments, self-awareness, and personal relationships have made him one of India’s top personal brands. However, the man has shocked the internet with his remarkable transformation by becoming ‘Fat Free at 43’ and losing 10 kilos in one year.

Ankur took to X to share his commendable achievement: losing 10 kg in the past year. Promising a detailed video on April 20 that would detail his weight loss journey, he shared before-and-after photos showing his transformation under the guidance of his trainer Sagar Ahuja. At 43, he proudly declared himself “fat-free.”

Take a look!

In the comments section, Ankur mentioned his trainer and posted before and after pictures of his transformation. The entrepreneur was 79 kgs when he started his journey and now stands at 69 kgs.

Ankur’s transformation has left the internet impressed. One fan wrote, “Looking amazing Ankur.” A second shared, “Going to pick up my jaw before I comment anything. You look fab and I am also interested to know how fab you feel after this change!” “Wow this is brilliant my bro. @Sagarahujashowdid a brilliant job. Team work,” posted a third. A fourth commented, “Great! Please share and enrich us with knowledge so we can also inspire ourselves and do the miracle with health.”

Ankur also clarified that he had not taken the help of steroids to lose 10 kg. “Several people asking if I am on TRT or took steroids. I frankly had to google TRT to know what it is. So no I didn’t. And no steroids – why would I do that to my body? Video will explain everything.”

Ankur Warikoo’s post about weight loss has gone viral and has clocked 5 lakh views on X so far. The post also attracted more than 5,700 likes.

In an earlier interview with Business Today, Ankur Warikoo spoke about his fitness journey and revealed that exercising became an important part of his life. He confessed that he wasn’t initially a morning person, but hip surgery that confined him to his bed for three months and allowed him to move around only with the help of crutches for another five months was a wake-up call for him. This experience pushed Ankur to completely change his schedule. Nowadays, the entrepreneur dedicates six days a week to working out in the gym from 6:15 to 7:45 in the morning. Even while traveling, he makes sure to stay in hotels with well-equipped gyms and gives at least 15 to 30 minutes for exercise.

Earlier, Ankur Warikoo grabbed headlines after he shared his Class 12 CBSE mark sheet on Instagram. He had scored only 53 marks in English.
