Did you know? An āsana is a Sanskrit word that means a body posture. In English, it is called a Yoga posture or Yoga pose. It embodies a steady and comfortable posture.

To do Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), lie face down with hands under shoulders. Inhale, lift your chest and straighten your arms slightly. Keep shoulders back and look upward. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then exhale and lower back down.
