Chai Sutta Bar CEO Clinches Spot in LinkedIn’s Hottest ‘Top Voices’ Entrepreneurs List
Among the Top 200 Indian LinkedIn creators’ list just released by AI driven platform Favikon is the maverick Anubhav Dubey. Ranking 5th on this prestigious list with a score of 81.8, the Chai Sutta Bar CEO is in the company of other renowned LinkedIn luminaries like Narendra Modi (9th), Raj Shamani (24th), Ritesh Agarwal (25th), and Ankur Warikoo (39th).
But this isn’t just a statistic; it’s a testament to the incredible journey of Anubhav Dubey, a visionary entrepreneur who’s not only a LinkedIn star but also the driving force behind Chai Sutta Bar. Anubhav Dubey’s story is a classic tale of resilience and entrepreneurial spirit. Despite facing rejections from renowned institutions like IIT, IIM, and UPSC, he teamed up with Anand Nayak to create Chai Sutta Bar. With a meager sum of Rs 3 lakh, they opened their first outlet opposite a girls’ hostel in Indore, offering a unique experience to tea enthusiasts.
Chai Sutta Bar’s success story is nothing short of extraordinary. Their innovative concept of ‘Taste The Kulhad Chai’ in a smoke-free, bar-like environment has resonated with people across India. By blending Indian culture with modern elements, Chai Sutta Bar has become the go-to place for tea enthusiasts.
In seven years, CSB has
– 500+ outlets across the globe,
– 300+ cities,
– 4.5 Lakh Kulhads are sold every day.
– 1 million + community across social platforms.
– 100+ People Team.
– 150 cr. Revenue Cumulative.
“And luckily, we are Bootstrapped till now!” he says proudly on his LinkedIn page, followed by 162002 people from all walks of life, who want to be inspired by this 26 year old, who has kept his company headquarted in Indore, the cleanest city in India.
In their early days, however, Anubhav and Anand faced stiff competition and limited resources, but they refused to give up. Through word-of-mouth marketing and a focus on quality, they quickly attracted a loyal customer base, particularly among college-goers.
What’s truly impressive is Chai Sutta Bar’s rapid expansion. From their modest beginnings, they’ve opened 165 outlets in over 195 cities, not just in India but also in Dubai and Oman. This growth has made Chai Sutta Bar the largest Kulhad Tea Franchise in India.
Their commitment to the environment isn’t just lip service. Chai Sutta Bar serves tea in traditional kulhads and has created opportunities for 250 potter families who produce these kulhads. This showcases their dedication to sustainability and community development.
As the turnover of the company reaches Rs 150 crore this year, it’s evident that Chai Sutta Bar’s focus on environmentally friendly practices and community support has not only made them a business success but also a social impact success.
