The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is inviting creators to bring their video-making skills to train stations for a competition that could fetch them up to INR 1.5 lakh in cash prizes. The newly launched “Namo Bharat Reel Making Competition” is not just about content creation, but blending creativity with the futuristic vibe of the Namo Bharat trains and RRTS (Regional Rapid Transit System) stations.
What’s This Reel Competition All About?
The NCRTC’s competition is a golden opportunity for college students, indie filmmakers and social media influencers to show their talent.
The idea is as simple as creating a short film or reel that features the sleek, modern Namo Bharat train and the impressive RRTS stations.
Participants have full creative freedom and no rigid genre restrictions or storylines to stick to. Be it a romantic montage, an action-packed clip, or even an artsy take on urban transport, the possibilities are endless. The only condition? Ensure the Namo Bharat train and RRTS stations are in the spotlight. Additionally, participants are strictly advised to not risk their lives to create reels in Trains and on Stations.
What Are the Prizes?
- 1st Prize: INR 1,50,000
- 2nd Prize: INR 1,00,000
- 3rd Prize: INR 50,000
And that’s not all. All winning entries will be posted on NCRTC’s official digital platforms, promoting them to shine beyond the competition. Such exposure and publicity could be a game-changer, specifically for budding filmmakers or content creators.
Reel Guidelines and Submission Details
- Submissions can be in either Hindi or English, with subtitles being optional.
