Dr. Vasavada’s academic pursuits delve into diverse areas, from Brands on Social Media to Consumer Perception in Advertising. Her current research focuses on the Role Portrayal of Couples in Indian Advertisements and the impact of Social Media on Youth and Advertising.
Beyond the classroom, she pioneers online programs catering to Advertising Management & Public Relations, and Marketing & Brand Management for working professionals. She also extends her influence by working as a visiting faculty at esteemed management institutes worldwide, as well as contributing to international journals, presenting papers at conferences, and engaging in joint research projects on advertising.
She uses her platform to advocate for crucial societal shifts as she speaks about Advertising and Branding, Gender Equality, Body Positivity, and Women Empowerment. As a TEDx speaker, she has addressed audiences on three occasions, tackling issues like Rethinking Happiness and Breaking Stereotypes.
With over two decades of teaching expertise and despite her demanding role in academia, Dr. Vasavada passionately dedicates time to her blog and social media presence.
