Anjali Arora and Munawar Faruqui’s Friendship Goes Kaput

Social media sensations Anjali Arora and Munawar Faruqui, who have been great friends, have now turned strangers. Anjali and Munawar became good friends in the reality show Lock Upp and were even rumored to be dating, but have now put a full stop to their friendship.

I was never in a relationship with Munawar

As per reports, Anjali Arora has ended her friendship with stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui. Reacting to the reports about them being in a relationship Anjali shared, “No, I was never in a relationship with Munawar. We were just good friends.” She added, “I really don’t think there is any point in talking about this anymore because now it has been more than one and half years since Lock Upp has ended so, there is no point in talking about him right now.”

Our friendship has ended, says Anjali Arora

On their friendship ending, Anjali confessed, “After Lock Upp ended, I mean after I exited Lock Upp, our friendship ended.”

When asked if the end of a friendship bothered her, she replied, “Of course, when you invest your time and emotions in a person and that person starts changing drastically then obviously anybody would get hurt. Seeing our efforts go in vain.”

Anjali continues to date the same guy she was dating before she entered the show. Anjali and her partner Akash Sansawal have often been shadowed by the paparazzi. “There is someone who has always been with me and he has been there for me for the last 6 years. I am happy with my life, and I don’t think I have to take his name since everyone already knows about him. I am happy now, and my life has become a better place now. I am really thankful to him for supporting me throughout that (when her alleged MMS was leaked) situation because I know it is very tough for someone to keep trusting you when the whole world is criticizing you and accusing you for doing something you never did. I am really thankful to him,” she ended.

On the work front, Anjali Arora is entertaining her fans with her videos while Munawar, after winning Bigg Boss 17, is busy doing music videos.
