Anveet Kaur And Shantanu Maheshwari Unveil First Look Of Their Film ‘Love In Vietnam’ At Cannes

Look forward to a fresh new Jodi as heartthrobs Avneet Kaur and Shantanu Maheshwari come together for the first time for an upcoming international film. The entertainment industries of India and Vietnam have joined hands, marking the dawn of a new era in cinematic collaboration.

The film is helmed by talented director-turned-producer Omung Kumar, joined by Director-Producer Rahhat Shah Kazmi, internationally acclaimed festival curator Captain Rahul Bali, and Abhishek Ankur.

Apart from Shantanu Maheshwari and Avneet Kaur, the film also stars Vietnamese actress Kha Ngan. The film, titled Love In Vietnam is based on the bestseller Madonna In A Fur Coat.

The excitement reached a crescendo as the first look poster of Love In Vietnam was unveiled at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival 2024. The event was graced by the presence of lead actors Shantanu Maheshwari and Avneet Kaur. However, director-producer Rahhat Shah Kazmi, producer Captain Rahul Bali, and co-producers Tariq Khan and Zeba Sajid.

Taking to Instagram, Avneet also shared the first look of the film with her fans on social media. “Proud to launch the first look of ‘#LovelnVietnam’ at Cannes! This is the first India-Vietnam collaboration and I couldn’t be happier sharing this with you all,” she wrote.

Shantanu too shared the same posters of the film on his Instagram account and wrote, ”Thrilled to unveil the first look of our film #LoveInVietnam at Cannes! I’m excited to finally be able to share this, our groundbreaking India-Vietnam collaboration!”

Avneet Kaur was a part of the popular movie Mardaani and made her big Bollywood debut. Besides, as a lead actress in Tiku Weds Sheru opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

Meanwhile, Shantanu was last seen in Netflix’s vampire drama titled Tooth Pari: When Love Bites. He also featured in Alia Bhatt-starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi, which was directed by ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
