Ranveer Allahbadia triggered widespread outrage, leading to an FIR and social media uproar. Now, singer B Praak is withdrawing from his upcoming podcast appearance with him on The Ranveer Show.

B Praak Calls Out Ranveer Allahbadia’s ‘Pathetic Thinking’

Taking to Instagram, B Praak shared a video condemning Allahbadia’s remarks. The singer, known for hits like Teri Mitti and Mann Bharrya, expressed disappointment over the influencer’s words, stating that social media personalities should uphold Indian culture instead of setting a “disastrous example” for future generations.

“I was supposed to appear on BeerBiceps’ podcast, but we cancelled it. Why? Because we can all see how pathetic his thinking is. The choice of words he used on Samay Raina’s show is unacceptable,” B Praak said.

“This Is Not Our Culture” – Singer Expresses Disgust

The singer questioned the kind of message Allahbadia was sending, especially regarding parental respect.

“Ye humara Indian culture nahi hai. Ye humara culture hi nahi hai. Ap apne parents ke kaun si story bata rahe ho? Ap unki kaun si baatein kar rahe ho? Ye comedy hai? This is not at all comedy,” he said, criticizing influencers who normalize inappropriate content under the guise of humour.

What Led to the Controversy?

During India’s Got Latent, Allahbadia asked a contestant:

“Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join in once and stop it forever?”

The remark went viral, drawing massive criticism from netizens. Hashtags calling for a boycott of BeerBiceps started trending, and multiple police complaints were lodged. Assam Police filed an FIR against Allahbadia and others involved in the show, including Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, Apoorva Makhija, and Samay Raina.

What’s Next for BeerBiceps?

Allahbadia is facing a severe reputational crisis, and though his apology acknowledges the mistake, whether audiences and brands will forgive or forget remains uncertain.

The controversy has opened a larger conversation about content responsibility in the influencer space. Will this be a turning point for social media personalities or another passing storm? Time will tell.
