Dancer And Creator Simran Jat Proves Weight Does Not Define Talent
Simran Jat is a prominent dancer and choreographer known for her dynamic dance styles and engaging choreography. How Dancing Became Her Life
Simran’s journey to becoming a successful dancer was marked by hard work and determination. As a child, she was always fond of dancing and performed for the first time at just 11 months old at her aunt’s wedding, an age considered too young for dancing, yet her enthusiasm was undeniable. It wasn’t until she was 15 that she truly recognized her love for dance. It took her a long time to understand and accept that dance was what she wanted to do and what made her feel amazing. Determined to pursue her passion, Simran began training diligently, giving her all to stand out. Despite facing criticisms, especially concerning her health and body as a dancer, her love for her art was unwavering, and she never stopped.
Her videos often go viral, earning praise not only from her followers but also from other creators and celebrities. One notable example is her 2023 video on “Lazy Lamhe,” which went viral.
Dance has nothing to do with weight
Simran has received immense love from the masses and her followers. Her dedication to dance and her ability to perform with grace and energy have inspired many. Simran’s choreography showcases her talent and challenges the stereotypes often associated with dancers’ physiques. Her message of body positivity resonates with a wide audience, proving that talent and passion are not limited by size. This has helped her build a loyal fanbase that admires her for both her skills and her confidence.
One video that changed her life was her performance of “Dilbar.” The video received 60 million views, and the love she received for choreographing it was overwhelming. She wrote, “Weight doesn’t matter… That’s proved.”
About Simran
Simran Jat was born on October 27, 1998, in India. She completed her BBA from Whistling Woods International. She worked as a choreographer for the title track of the MTV show HUSTLE and served as a Celebrity Manager for Melvin Louis for four consecutive years from June 2016 to March 2020. In addition, she interned at the Jio Mami Festival, honing her skills in stage management and event management for various events.
Simran has collaborated with several national and international brands such as Maybelline, Monster Energy, Amazon, and Purplle, among others. She is a huge fan of international dancer Sienna Lalau, based in LA, a young artist known for choreographing stage shows for some of the biggest singers in Hollywood.
