Arushi Chawla, a model, actress, and content creator, gained immense popularity through her stint on MTV’s Roadies Revolution. Known for her competitive spirit and engaging presence, she quickly became a fan favourite. Her journey on the show helped her build a dedicated fan base, who admire her for her creative approach to fitness and performance. She’s also built herself a dedicated following on social media, where she shares content on lifestyle and fitness.

Now, she’s back to entertain her audience as a participant in Discovery’s Reality Ranis of the Jungle. This time, Arushi will be facing new challenges and adventures in the wild, where she will have to test her limits and prove her resilience. And we can’t wait to see how she does!

In an exclusive chat with The Reelstars, Arushi opened up about her experience on the show and her future plans.

What were your thoughts before taking up the show?
“As soon as I heard the word ‘adventure,’ I was in. I wanted to relive the thrill of an adventure show post Roadies, but this time, I’m aiming to win.”

How do you think reality shows have evolved?
“They’re definitely becoming tougher. Reality Ranis of the Jungle and Discovery make a great combination. Even though I’ve been part of Roadies, this show is on a whole new level—surviving in a jungle without any luxury is challenging. Reality shows now are also mentally intense because people train for them, so the difficulty and mental game have grown.”

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned from this show?
“I’ve learned to survive with 11 other women in a jungle! I’ve always been a tomboy, so being around so many women was definitely challenging for me.”

What’s next for you after this show?
“I’m working on a project with MTV, but I can’t reveal too much yet. This time, I won’t be a participant, but I’ll be involved in a different role.”

How do you handle the pressure of staying active on social media for visibility?
“Honestly, I enjoy it! I love the process of creating content, uploading pictures, and sharing moments. Yes, there’s pressure, but I keep a positive mindset—when people comment negatively, I just bless them.”

Who do you think is creating great content right now?
“I think dance creators are doing amazing work these days. I love Shruti Sinha for her dancing, and her bubbly personality. Gen Z creators are also stepping up. Coming from a millennial background, we can be cautious, but Gen Z is straightforward and honest, which I appreciate.”

Do you prefer the social media world or entertainment?
“Entertainment is my first love, while social media is a bonus. Being in front of the camera gives me a sense of satisfaction, though content creation isn’t easy—it requires planning, execution, and editing. I’m aiming to strike a balance between content creation and entertainment.”

Would you consider participating in Bigg Boss?
“It’s a tough environment, but I’d be open to it! I’d love to explore a new side of myself.”

Arushi Chawla’s passion for entertainment and her dedication to social media continue to define her evolving journey, as she balances both worlds with confidence and creativity.
