From Page to Screen: Sudha Murty's Tales Come to Life on YouTube!

India’s favorite storyteller, Sudha Murty and her timeless stories are out now in a new avatar – an animated show called ‘Story Time with Sudha Amma’.

The animated series, Story Time with Sudha Amma, begins streaming on 31 October 2023. The show will feature 52 stories penned by Murty including Grandma’s Bag of Stories, Grandparents’ Bag of Stories, and The Magic Drum and Other Favourite Stories and will be streamed on Murty Media’s YouTube channel, says a report in the Mint. The stories will be up for viewing in six languages – Hindi, English, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu, with each episode being 11-minutes long.

A new episode will be added to the channel every week.
