Not just Indian creators, international stars are also climbing onto the Ayodhya bandwagon. Acclaimed K-pop sensation Aoora has put up his rendition of the timeless devotional classic, “Raghu Pati Raghav Raja Ram” on his Insta page.

Aoora is a self-avowed Indophile, who has previously also visited Golden Temple and Haji Ali Darga. His previous Insta posts have him hobnobbing with Salman Khan on the Bigg Boss sets, where he was a guest. Says he, “s Ayodhya celebrates,I dedicate this song with love and respect to UP tourism, who made me part of beautiful Indian culture and gave me chance to connect more deeply with India.”

Incidentally, ‘Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram’ is a bhajan that was penned by Tulsidas, and was set to tune by Vishnu Digambar Paluskar in Raga Mishra Gara. It was made memorable by Mahatma Gandhi, who popularised this Ram Dhun among the masses.

In a statement, Aoora expressed his excitement and gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to such a historic event “India’s traditions and culture have always fascinated me, and being able to connect with the spiritual essence of Ayodhya through music is truly an honor. Lord Ram’s teachings have a universal appeal, and I hope my musical rendition adds a special touch to the Pran Pratishtha ceremony” he said.
