Munawar Faruqui Performs At Social Nation Despite Being Unwell
Popular stand-up comic and Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui left his fans concerned after he shared a picture on Friday in which he was seen hooked to an IV drip. “Lag gaye nazar,” he wrote. As soon as he dropped the post, social media platform X flooded with fans tweeting ‘Get well soon Munawar’.
However, seeing fans’ immense love and support he gave an update on his health on Saturday, asking his fans to pray for him. Munawar Faruqui took to his Instagram story, shared a selfie, and wrote, “Shukriya itne pyaare messages ke liye. Recovery ho rahi hai, dua karte raho. (Thank you for such lovely messages. I am recovering, keep praying).”

Despite being under the weather, Munawar gave a rocking performance at the recently held Social Nation Creator Festival 2024 in Mumbai. His fans couldn’t hold the excitement of seeing Munawar on stage.
Social Nation turned out to be a big hit. Many social media personalities like Prajakta Koli, Viraj Ghelani, Uorfi aka Urfi Javed, and celebs like Ananya Pandey, Aparshakti Khurana, and Rajkummar Rao amongst others attended the festival.
For the unversed, Bigg Boss 17 is Munawar Faruqui’s second reality show win. He had won Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Upp season 1. He was also seen in a romantic music video titled Halki Halki Si also featuring Hina Khan.
On the work front, Munawar is most likely participating in the adventurous reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi which is returning with the 14th season and will continue to be hosted by Filmmaker Rohit Shetty.
He is all set to make his acting debut with a web series titled First Copy. He unveiled the teaser of the show on his social media account during Eid.
