Chef Neha Deepak Shah recreates Deepika Padukone’s favourite Bhutanese dish Ema Datshi

Deepika Padukone happens to be a foodie and loves eating. She had earlier mentioned in interviews that desserts are her weakness and she misses her home-cooked meals big time. We already know that she loves South Indian cuisine and rasam-rice is her favourite dish

However, recently in an interview with Curly Tales Deepika expressed her fondness for the Bhutanese dish Ema Datshi. She could not recollect the name but said a chilly cheese dish that found yummy and fascinating.

Ema Datshi is Bhutan’s national dish which is spicy and served with plain rice. Ema means chilies and Datshi is cheese.
