As head of development and production, he played a pivotal role in the team’s win of the prestigious Cannes Grand Prix Glass Lion in 2016 for The 6 Pack Band, a groundbreaking project that championed inclusivity and diversity. Redefining Masculinity with his show “Be A Man, Yaar!”
Nikhil is also the host of Be A Man, Yaar!, India’s first masculine positivity show that challenges traditional notions of masculinity. The show encourages open discussions about what it means to be a man in today’s world, tackling topics like mental health, vulnerability, and emotional well-being. The show’s first season featured notable personalities, including actors Shah and Kaushal, filmmaker Karan Johar, comedian Zakir Khan, and genderfluid actor and drag queen Sushant Divgikr (Rani KoHEnur). The second season continues to break new ground, featuring guests like Manish Malhotra, Bhuvan Bam, and Javed Akhtar, Ankush Bahuguna, Viraj Ghelani among others.
