From the past few days, Maxtern has been trending over his fight with YouTuber Elvish Yadav. It all started after Maxtern commented on a photo of Elvish and Munawar Faruqui bonding during the opening match of the Indian Street Premier League, which took place on March 7. The BB OTT 2 winner asked Takur to meet him at a place in Gurugram late Friday night, where he thrashed him.

An FIR has been filed against Yadav under sections 147 (punishment for rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). In an FIR, Thakur claimed the Elvish attempted to break his neck.
