Rhea Chakraborty Reflects on Healing in Her Podcast 'Chapter 2'

Rhea Chakraborty, known for her roles in films like Jalebi, Chehre, Half Girlfriend, and Sonali Cable, has recently ventured into the world of podcasting with her show Chapter 2. After enduring significant personal and professional struggles, especially following the tragic death of her partner, Sushant Singh Rajput, in 2020, Rhea found herself in the midst of a media frenzy, legal battles, and intense public scrutiny. These challenges deeply impacted her mental health and career, making her journey to recovery both difficult and public.

In Chapter 2, Rhea has embraced a new chapter in her life, using her podcast as a platform to candidly discuss topics such as mental health, resilience, and personal growth. The podcast symbolizes her attempt to reclaim her narrative and offer insight into her path to healing. Through heartfelt conversations, Rhea shares how she navigated public trauma and is gradually rediscovering herself, providing listeners with a relatable and inspiring journey of self-discovery.

The show has already featured notable guests, starting with actress Sushmita Sen in the first episode. Their conversation was praised by fans for its authenticity, offering a natural and honest look into their lives.

The second episode welcomed actor Aamir Khan, and the two discussed Rhea’s healing process and her ability to maintain hope despite overwhelming adversity. Aamir commended Rhea’s strength, patience, and refusal to lose faith in herself. He shared an intriguing story following his divorce from Kiran, where he once asked her to list the things she disliked about him. To his surprise, she had quite a few things to mention. Later, Aamir referred to Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan as handsome men.

In the third episode, Rhea sat down with Shibani Dandekar and Farhan Akhtar, where the couple reflected on their challenges, offering wisdom from their personal and professional lives. During the conversation, Rhea asked the duo how they first met and who pursued whom. Shibani opened up about her relationship with Farhan and how it evolved after marriage. She revealed that they began couples therapy around six months before or after their engagement. She shared a memorable moment, recalling how they got married on a Monday, with a therapy session scheduled for Wednesday. Even their therapist was surprised and asked about it when they arrived. Shibani emphasized how important therapy has been in guiding their relationship.

Through Chapter 2, Rhea Chakraborty is finding her voice once again, turning her struggles into powerful stories of resilience, and providing her audience with a much-needed message of hope and recovery.
