Saloni Gaur’s Spoof On Viral Vada Pav Girl Leaves Netizens In Splits

Content creator Saloni Gaur, better known by her alter ego on social media, Nazma Aapi, has released her new video on Instagram where she poses as a vada pav seller aunty. However, with this new video, she is indirectly taking a jibe at Delhi’s viral vada pav girl Chandrika Gera Dixit.

Though Saloni has refrained from mentioning Chandrika’s name, netizens are smart enough to get her sarcasm. Saloni posted the video with the caption, “Vada pav multiverse mei aapka swagat hai 🙏”

The video has been quite loved by her fans and followers and netizens understand that she is circuitously mocking viral vada pav girl. One of the users wrote, “Aapka Mike utaar do kitne sawaal puch rhe”. Another commented, “Hairband to lagao tab sahi lagoge”, Other comments read, “Kabhi-kabhi Chanda bhi dena padta h, 101 rupees”, “Accurate af. Bus, muh ke chaley ko muh kholkar demonstrate karna reh gaya thaa”.

Take a look!

Saloni has recently launched her new ‘Pariwarik’ podcast which will feature herself, her mom, and her grandmother. Earlier, Saloni had grabbed headlines and was massively trolled for mimicking Bollywood queen Kangana Ranaut.

Viral Vada Pav girl Chandrika Gera Dixit is a street food vendor who says she offers the best vada pav in Delhi and operates a stall in Sainik Vihar, Pitampura. She became viral after being spotted sobbing during a phone conversation with a Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) official who threatened to take down her stall.

Initially, there was a lot of conversation associated with the pricing at the stall. People say that a vada pav is not supposed to cost as much as Rs 50. Chandrika’s vada pav stall nearby has become a hot spot for influencers. From Puneet Superstar, Dolly Chaiwala to Tehelka, many big social media stars have reached her cart to sample the wares.

Dharini Sanghavi is an entertainment journalist, and mom to a son. She has more than 13 years of experience and has worked with TellyChakkar and Koimoi. She is a social bird and is self-motivated by nature!
