Best Dressed at Hyundai India Couture Week 2024
The 17th edition of Hyundai India Couture Week 2024 came to a close in New Delhi. The day before the finale show caused quite a frenzy resulting in Tarun Tahiliani repeating the entire show due to a seating fiasco at the venue. (NEVER DONE BEFORE). Attendees loved the collection-themed “Otherworldly” & loved the designer even more for accommodating them & creating history by repeating the show. The finale was equally star-studded with several famous personalities in attendance.
Here are some of our favourite influencers who marked their fashionable presence during the last few days leading to the finale.
Riya Jain
One of the OG fashion girls Riya attended the Amit Aggarwal show, dressed in the designer’s saree with as she called it “a metallic pallu”. It is styled perfectly with chunky metallic accessories that add to the vibe of her look.
Agou Sitlhou
Agou was also spotted at the ICW 2024 during the Dolly Jain Show dressed in the designer’s sari with a slit. The look is an absolute jaw-dropper. The styling & glam are on point & the fishnet mesh studded boots only affirm why GQ named Agou “Style Chameleon” in their best-dressed list.
Sanjana Batra
Sanjana was seated at multiple shows this season dressed in the designer outfit that she totally slayed. She attended the Rimzim Dadu’s show wearing a striking golden ensemble that she captioned as “Molten”. Moreover, the accessories in gold hues & a contrast mini bag were a standout in itself.
Karmaa Dhingra
Attending the finale, Karmaa looked like a glittering goddess. Dressed in a Falguni & Shane peacock gown, Karmaa could have easily been the showstopper. Amidst all the fashionistas mostly dressed in Indian wear, Karmaa’s backless gown with a trail added the touch of oomph to the uber glamourous finale event.
Kusha Kapila
Adding some influencer star power to the finale, Kusha made a second appearance at the India Couture Week 2024. Dressed in FSP signature style lehenga, Kusha sparkled & also gave body goals vibe. The ensemble was styled with diamonds & we couldn’t help but notice the “Billi” ring. IYKYK.
This edition was the first for many landmark incidents yet remained true to what India Couture Week is known for. However, the couturiers with decades of expertise, stronghold & unmatched creativity showcase Indian traditional & contemporary techniques in their collections making art wearable.
