About Mamta

Mamta is originally from Delhi and is of Punjabi heritage. From her school years, she was drawn to unconventional and bohemian jewellery and clothing. She often crafted her own bead jewellery and used rocks to create unique pieces. Married to a Bengali, she relocated to Kolkata but on her daughter’s third birthday, they discovered she was on the autism spectrum. This marked a challenging period for Mamta.
