Spread across an impressive 20,000 square feet, the store offers a wide range of products, including food, clothing, textiles, and handicrafts, all made entirely by hand using traditional techniques and local materials.

Noteworthy features in the store –

  • Visitors are invited to explore the fascinating stories behind each product through the innovative ‘scan and know’ feature. By simply scanning a QR code, customers can delve into the history and craftsmanship of an item.
  • It offers a unique customization service that allows customers to collaborate with the Swadesh team to create one-of-a-kind products tailored to their preferences. 
  • The store also houses a farm-to-table café that caters to food lovers. The café embodies the concept of sustainability and offers a menu inspired by locally sourced ingredients. 

During the much-anticipated launch of the first standalone Swadesh store, Nita Ambani had the pleasure of meeting former tennis doubles world number 1 Sania Mirza, Olympics champion PV Sindhu, and Namrata Shirodkar, wife of Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu and a former actor herself. 

As Swadesh sets foot in the international market, it seeks to showcase the true essence of ‘Made in India’ and promote the country’s rich cultural heritage. Through this expansion, the brand hopes to elevate the status of Indian artisans and crafts persons, giving them the global recognition, they truly deserve.
