Paakashala is a popular name in Karnataka’s restaurant industry. This company launched Paakashala Diaries, a first-of-its-kind video series that holds the viewers’ attention by showing a vibrant world of food and the amazing personalities behind it. The creators of this project say this is a “never done before” concept and offers a multi-cuisine perspective celebrating India’s food diversity. The series is hosted by the iconic Sihi Kahi Chandru, a veteran of Kannada cinema known for his memorable role in Ganeshana Maduve and a host of many other programs.
