Lidang K is a home chef from Dimapur in Nagaland who cooks up unique food combinations at home. She shares recipes on her Instagram handle which has an impressive 54K followers.

Lidang’s most viewed recipe on Instagram is Kuchu with yongpheng chutney, which is basically boiled taro (arbi, the root of the colacasia plant) with fermented soybean chutney, which has fetched her 308K views. This home chef also promotes products used in her recipe from brands like Tasty Nibbles Foods and PotsandPans.

Sakila Debbarma (sakilas_kitchen)

Sakila, a resident of the state of Tripura, has a passion for cooking that she shares through her engaging Instagram reels. These reels document her trips to the market, where she carefully selects the main seafood ingredient, be it swamp eel, fish or chicken, for her culinary creations. She begins each reel with a warm greeting in her mother tongue. However, a delightful way to draw in her viewers and make them feel part of her journey.

Puravee Bordoloi is an Assamese food enthusiast and a home chef. She curates a variety of recipes, showcasing the unique flavors and ingredients of Assamese cuisine.
