In an earlier interview with Business Today, Ankur Warikoo spoke about his fitness journey and revealed that exercising became an important part of his life. He confessed that he wasn’t initially a morning person, but hip surgery that confined him to his bed for three months and allowed him to move around only with the help of crutches for another five months was a wake-up call for him. This experience pushed Ankur to completely change his schedule. Nowadays, the entrepreneur dedicates six days a week to working out in the gym from 6:15 to 7:45 in the morning. Even while traveling, he makes sure to stay in hotels with well-equipped gyms and gives at least 15 to 30 minutes for exercise.

Earlier, Ankur Warikoo grabbed headlines after he shared his Class 12 CBSE mark sheet on Instagram. He had scored only 53 marks in English.
