Dasom’s journey began in South Korea, but destiny had something far grander in store. At the tender age of five, she found herself on a plane to India with her mother, a yoga enthusiast who had been captivated by the magic of Indian philosophy. Shantiniketan, the idyllic educational haven established by Rabindranath Tagore, became her next stop. Here, at Patha Bhavana, a Bengali medium school, Dasom blossomed. Nestled under the open sky, surrounded by whispering trees. Besides, she discovered a love for Sanskrit and a profound appreciation for nature’s nurturing embrace.

Later, her Master’s degree in Social Work took her beyond the familiar. Venturing into rural India, Dasom witnessed a life lived in harmony with nature. The villagers’ simplicity, their connection to the land, and their ability to find joy in the everyday resonated deeply with her. This experience became a precious gem in her treasure chest of life lessons. Furthermore, reminding her of the beauty that lies in living simply and cherishing the little things.
