- Kimberly Chia- 186k followers
How did Meltwater determine this star-studded lineup? Well, it’s all about the Klear score, baby! These influencers not only have serious social media clout but also have a minimum of 400,000 followers across all platforms, with at least a 40% Singaporean audience reach.
In case you’re wondering why the influencer scene is blowing up, According to Meltwater’s State of Influencer Marketing: influencers are a whopping 87% more memorable than TV ads! Move over, traditional advertising – social media stars are stealing the show, being considered more memorable than Facebook and YouTube ads by 182% and 73%, respectively.
This year, brands in the Lion City are going all-in on influencer marketing. Dove and Shopee, for instance, tapped into the influencer magic for their recent campaigns. Dove partnered with animated social media darling Lennnie to spread love and positivity, reminding everyone that they glow.
