Young Gaming Prodigy : Akarsh Chaudhary AKA VivOne
In the ever-growing landscape of online gaming in India, Akarsh Chaudhary made a mark earlier than most. Known by his gamer name VivOne, he started streaming at the young age of five in 2020 and was the youngest gamer in India. Fast-forward to 2024, he is one of the most well-known professional gamers in the country.

So, how did VivOne start gaming?
At the age of four, Akarsh first dipped his toes into the world of gaming, inspired by his father’s passion for popular titles like PUBG. While other kids his age might have been playing hide and seek, this young prodigy was engrossed in learning online gaming. Encouraged by his father, he quickly developed a knack for gaming and even managed to outplay his father within a few days of picking up the controller.
The Rise of VivOne
In 2022, he joined Godlike Esports and competed in a variety of popular titles including BGMI, Valorant, Call of Duty: Warzone, CODM, and Pokémon UNITE. However, he quite Godlike Esports in 2024 and his parents expressed their wish to help him remain as a solo creator for now. Spending three hours each afternoon honing his skills, the 9 year old has captivated audiences with his gaming prowess and infectious enthusiasm.
VivOne’s Promising Future
While VivOne’s father, Vivek Chaudhary, is focused on nurturing his son’s talents without rushing into monetization, the gaming industry is taking notice. Having had an early start he doesn’t just play professionally or for fun—he also streams his gaming sessions on platforms like YouTube and Rooter, where he has a lot of followers. His video stream with gamer Mavi has 3.1 million views on YouTube. With offers pouring in from various brands eager to collaborate with the young gaming sensation, VivOne’s potential for growth and success in the esports world is undeniable.
Despite his newfound fame, VivOne remains grounded and passionate about his craft. With dreams of representing India on the global stage and becoming a professional gamer, VivOne’s journey is just beginning. As he continues to inspire a new generation of gamers, the sky’s the limit for this rising star in Indian esports.
